Mutual Rescue films capture beautifully how animals can uplift us in the darkest of times, even save our lives. I have yet to get through one without leaking tears and reaching for my own beloved pet. The company’s newest release, Josh & Scout, continues this tradition. It tells the story of how a stray kitten rescued a veteran with a traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder.
