Get Your Breed Gear and Help a Great Cause

Golden Doodle offers stylish items representing a variety of breeds and also helps the ASPCA!

All dogs deserve representation. And when it comes to pup-themed stuff, pet parents shouldn’t have to miss out because their pooch isn’t one of the more popular breeds. So it’s good to see that lifestyle brand Golden Doodle has just added 10 new breeds to its roster, including Boston Terrier, Vizsla, and Cockapoo.

Working with a great stable of illustrators and top-notch designers, the company sells unisex American Apparel 50-50 blend T-shirts, along with stickers, car decals, and iPhone cases, featuring 47 pure breeds and four mixed — with the end goal being to eventually represent every breed out there. Much of the arty apparel is modern yet whimsical, with familiar-faced silhouettes decorating simple, single-image graphics. Color schemes skew bright and bold, from citrusy orange to neon blue.

There’s humor but also heart in these designs, like a pensive French Bulldog with his head cocked to the side, or a proud Dachshund in profile with his tail at attention. The goods range from $5 stickers and $13 decals to $27 shirts and phone cases. And you might as well stock up because Golden Doodle donates 5 percent of proceeds to the ASPCA. Grab some gear to match your own four-legged friend, then gift your pals with Dalmatians, Huskies, and Pugs the same so you can all wear your hearts on your sleeves — literally speaking.
